Question First time blue screen of death on new PC

having my first bsod, i suspect it maybe have related with games demo that i download on steam, after bsod happens, monitor goes black screen and reboot and select proper boot device shows up, what i did is click the power button on my case, am i doing the correct things? and should i be worried ?

hi, everything works like normal, but i kinda feeling insecured like maybe im wrong to reboot it? or just leave it like that till it restart on its own last time
