First Time Budget Gaming Build

Hello, I'm wondering if someone could help me critique my build. My budget is $500-$700(before RB) and I'm looking to build a rig that can play BF3 and Skyrim without any issues.

At the moment, the current total is $647.42. I was wondering if there are any better alternatives to the products that I have posted above.

Is 4GB enough for a 6950, or would I have to upgrade to 8GB?
Will a 550W PSU not be enough for the GPU?

550 watts is good but CM extreme is not.
