First Time Build, $800 Budget

Hey everyone, I'm looking to build a system for a friend of mine. He already has a case and power supply, so he won't need those. The case supports and comes with water cooling, so overclocking is the name of the game for this build. Any suggestions on the components I should get, with a budget of tops $800.
