I do plan on Overclocking this build hence why I have included the 212 EVO Cooler, I have checked that it does fit with this case as on PCPartPicker it says it may not fit but I have been assured it does.
I already have the OS and Monitor with me hence why it is not included in the list.
Thanks for any help in advance.

Firstly, is the motherboard good enough to be able to hand the OC on the CPU or do you recommend upgrading this? I will only be able to spend an extra £20 on this though as I am almost at my budget.
Secondly, with the Overclocking in mind, I will mainly be playing WoW but also games such as H1Z1, Fallout 4, etc, will this CPU & GPU be able to handle these games on at least Med Settings but WoW at High Settings with a Constant 60FPS @ 1080p?
I already have the OS and Monitor with me hence why it is not included in the list.
