Can anyone tell me if this build will be compatible? Would be really thankful

-Motherboard not compatible with the processor. You can clearly see that after the motherboard model says Socket AM3+, while your processor is FM2. Either change the motherboard to FM2 socket or get AM3+ processor.
-Your RAM modules are for laptop, not for desktop. Change them also.
- The PSU is not very good, better get another PSU, probably: Corsair, XFX, Seasonic or Antec
-Finally what is your budget and what will be that PC used for?
