First time build HELP!

hey,
i would like to build a new pc for xmas i have 500-600$ and would like it to be able to run games such as arma 2, minecraft, bf4 and other games. i would like to run these games on normal graphics with decent fps.

i am from australia and i have no pc parts but i DO have a monitor.
please help 😀 thanks for your time

hey guys. thanks alot for your help but the price conversion of that to AU dollars is 800$ instead of $500. as i said thanks anyway but is that the cheapest i could go or is there maybe a cheaper?
