Hi everyone! I am working on a new PC that will primarily be used to run lightroom and photoshop CC on a 1080p monitor. I generally work with 18MP raw images, so they aren't huge files, but decent sized. I do wedding photography so I process batches of about 1500 photos in lightroom, and an occasional panorama in photoshop. I also do some gaming, but not much (games like Skyrim and some FPS).
So I just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for this build. Also, the case that I am looking at has two 120mm fans. Should that be enough? And how should I configure the cooling (intake in front exhaust in back?).
I was planning on installing windows 8 (I already have a copy) and the programs on one of the SSDs, and keeping the second for the catalog, cache, and things like that while the HDDs will be used to store the photos and other files long term.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!
