first time build of a budget pc for Elder scrolls online

this would be a budget first time build, trying to run on high settings,id also like to be able to overclock and would this be upgradeable down the road. as far as budget id like to stay under/close to $500
peripherals are already taken care of.

this will game MUCH better as the GPU is way more important for gaming.

The cx series of PSU is bad

there are other issues with your build.

you can switch out the HDD for an ssd if you want.
