First time build on a budget

To start off, I'm a first time builder (from Sweden) trying to make a budget build. My budget is ~1250Euro. I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the options to choose from, but the 4 components I do want are(not set in stone):

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix Z270E Gaming (I want Wifi onboard)
Processor: Intel i5 7600k 3.8
CPU cooler: Cryorig H7
Graphics: Gtx 1060 (if possible 1070)

HDD: Wstern Digital 1tb 7200RPM
Case: Nzxt S340
PSU: Evga Supernova 650W G2 80 Gold
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series F4-3200C16D-16GVR 16 GB
OS: Windows 10

Notes: I will overclock, I already own a capable SSD,

The rest of the budget will have to cover, HDD (1tb is enough), PSU, RAM(16gb), Case, OS and a cheep Monitor (will upgrade this later)

As for usage, i will be playing GTA V, and will be heavily modding Skyrim enhanced edition, so any recommendation based on this is appreciated. (prices of Amazon.de are quite accurate+ i can order without shipping and toll costs)
