First Time Build. Opinions wanted

Hi. This is my first attempt at a build and I wanted someone else's opinion on this list of parts I chose. I would be using this for gaming.

Cooler is not good. Change for a 212 EVO.

PSU is not good. Change for an XFX, Antec, Seasonic, Rosewill Capstone, EVGA B2 unit.

I would get windows 8.1 over 7. It is faster and better for games. 7 is also losing most of its support by mid next year.
