first time build would like advice for higher end gaming (budget $800-1100)

Additional Comments: this is a computer almost completely for upcoming mmo wildstar and moba league of legends. ive played in the beta for wildstar and noticed that even though the game is incomplete that my current asus g73 gaming laptop specs are close to minimum requirements. current gaming specs with wildstars minimum requirements

Im upgrading to desktop because i have always wanted to build my own pc and because i cannot run wildstar or league of legends on full settings without massive drop in frame-rates and play-ability.

i like alot of the parts after a little research but im still cautious to make the buy. could you please explain why this is optimal for the games ill be playing? and if they aren't is this build honestly restricted that much by the budget?

The build is a very competent gaming system as is. If you can squeeze a GTX 770 into the build it will be even better. I can't really think of any corners I would be willing to cut to save more money on the build at this point.

That is a nice looking system by shortstuff_mt. Don't forget an aftermarket cpu cooler. Even if you don't plan on oc'ing right away you may want to consider putting one in, otherwise when the time does come to overclock, you'll have to (in most cases) remove the motherboard in order to install the new cooler.

I've had good luck with the Xigmatek GAIA SD1283. I didn't include it in the build because I was already over budget.
