This is my first time building a new computer, and i'm looking to replace my laptop which is starting to freeze. I would like to know if there are any incompatibilities that you might see.

[strike] I found a used Vapor X R9 270x i thought was a good deal.I am not sure if the fx-4300 might bottle neck things, because the fx-6300 is only a couple dollars more, but i don't want it to get too hot inside the case.
[/strike] *** the Vapor X was sold **

Now although i do like to play games, i don't have much money nor time to spend due to work and college, so if i have to play games on [strike]medium[/strike] low-medium settingit's not a big deal.
I'm really just looking for something basic, with a video card just in case.

Also i do have a 27 inch tv 1080p 60hz which i currently plug my laptop into, and i use that as a monitor.

Here are the items, and thanks ahead.

***UPADTE*** chose the fx-6300

it's a nice build, however that cpu is really really weak. i advice you to buy a much better cpu because this cpu will cause bottlenecks. 90% of the modern games won't work with it.
if you stick with AMD then at least an fx-8xxx, but a core - i5 is always the better option( if you can afford).
and maybe i would consider a better gpu aswell.
everything depends on your budget tho.
