alright so i already asked the community about my build and i made some major adjustments, here is what i was thinking:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nrv2

Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7870 2GB Video Card
Inwin BUC ATX Mid Tower Case
Corsair Professional 750W 80 PLUS Silver Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (64-bit)

Just wanting to get a few more opinions. If you have any suggestions that would be great.

This is my first build, i want the possibiblity to overclock and 2 card crossfire. My budget is around $1000.

That's a pretty good start. I'm not the biggest fan of InWin cases - there's better choices out there.

For $1K I'd suggest something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Newegg)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($24.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($127.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($37.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($88.98 @ Newegg)
Video Card:...

For your purposes that build from g-unit1111 is exactly what you need. I agree with him.
