Hi,

I'm about to build my first ever PC. And I was wondering what you guys thought on this build I made tonight. I have no experience on building a PC whatsoever so I don't know if all the pieces are compatible. Not quite sure if 650W PSU was enough or I needed 750W. Does this build look good (for a budget gaming PC)? Is there any suggestion on any better pieces I should get?

Thanks!

just a thought but most of the parts you wanted are in this kit https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CG63CS7?tag=anandtech01-20 (similar CPU but the RX 580 GPU.

Also just an additional FYI that ram according to some reviews has some compatibility issues with the Ryzen boards.. I would really get one that is recommended for the board OR the Ryzen memory like the Flare X series (if you really want to be able to run at 3200 Mhz).

Nice build
I personally would pick mobo from gigabyte b350(m) gaming 3 or asus prime plus

The psu is more than enough, like 550w is good to go.

You may also consider ryzen 1700 or 2600x with amount saved .

B450 mobo are coming soon, july?

Cheaper and faster. :)
Much better CPU, better GPU, 580 is faster than 1060, specially models like the PowerColor Red Devil that have nice overclocks.
