First Time Builder, Looking for Insight

Hey everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this post.

I would like to build a nice little rig that I can bring with me to bed and the drive thru.

I don't care about max settings, but I do want to be able to hop from games like Smite to the Witcher 3 to Arma and MtGO.

If anyone can find a better looking, but still very small case, it would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I am sure there are better mobos out there that are cheaper, any insight would be awesome!

Updates

I. I changed the psu, is that one compatible?

II. I changed the mobo, is that one good?

III. I switched to a mid tower because the only form factors I see are simply long instead of tall. Are there any nice small cases out there?

good builds but i have some notes
1- that is not a ATX psu it's a server psu and won't fit in your case, replace it with the something like the b500, it's more expensive but much better
2- You can save some money with replacing the z270 with a b250 since your cpu is locked
