 Cheaper suggestions that will perform the same(or even better) for replacing some components are welcomed with open arms.I would like to spend 500 -600 dollars on this even though, sadly, when I summed out the total cost it was a little bit above 1000. So.. suggestions and where to buy it for a handsomely low price would be a great great big help. Also, please leave a detailed explanation of why I should replace the component with your suggestion. It would help an inexperienced, novice such as I greatly.

OH, and one last question, would these components run smoothly on games such as Half Life 2 or All Points Bulletin: Reloaded?

Thanks in advance! :D

Well, I hate to say it, but that motherboard and processor are not going to work together. You need a LGA 1155 socket to run a Sandy Bridge CPU. I also feel that you're spending too much of your budget on the mobo. You should be able to pick up a decent P67 or Z68 board for between 100 and 140. $69.99 - $49.99 after mail-in rebate FREE SHIPPING
