First time builder, need help with choosing some parts

So this will be my first build ever and I want a good gaming pc where I will get enough fps to take advantage of my 120hz monitor Benq xl2411t.
I will be playing games such as Battlefield 3/4, cod ghost, far cry 3, bioshock 3,assasin's creed iv and many other "light/heavy" games.
Been reading 100's of reviews on different components and I figured this will be the best I can get for my build and for the money.
I got 2500 dollars to use and I just simply need help to choose what parts will be the best for me since I've got 0 experience.
So I really want help to choose the motherboard, ssd, ram and also psu I dont mind spending 280 dollars for psu wich is the price of the psu I've choosen in both builds, But as long as it does the job and runs quite its fine.

so the first build that I've picked is this:

As you can see I got the i5-4670k in both builds and from what I've read that is the perfect cpu for my use wich is gaming mostly, and yes I will be overclocking thats why I got the corsair h100i cpu cooler.
For motherboards I really dont know wich one I should pick, I really want either an asus, gigabyte board or the msi z87-g45 board, but i just simply dont know enough about motherboards to make the choice for my use.
Oh and does the msi board have enough fan-connetors? the case it self got 2xfront, 1xback, 1xside, also the h100i got two fans that im gonna use.
The gigabyte ga-z87x-ud5h cost 500 dollars more than the msi z87-g45 from where I come from(Norway), and if I go for the gigabyte mobo I have to choose the kingston ram/ssd. or something els for the same price.
The graphics card I can go down to 760 and spend the 130 dollars I will save on something els but I rather not
For ram the kingston hyperx 16gb is a 4x4 ram and it cost 45 dollar less than the corsair one wich is 2x8 ram. So is it worth paying 45 dollars more for the corsair dominator and will it be better for the overclocking?
For SSD the kingston hyperx 240gb cost 31 dollars less than the Samsung 840 pro 256gb one and from what i've read the samsung one is faster but is it fast enough so its worth spend 31 dollars more?
Now for the psu I know I dont really need more than 600w but I belive more W = less noise more stability? also its 80 plus platinum so its really efficent psu.
for now I dont have any plans on upgrading in the future.

Lots of questions, lots to talk about.

Firstly, pricing. A lot of people (including me) are going to struggle to make definitive judgements about things without precise pricing, as the cost factors into how good something is. With that in mind, I'll try and stick to general stuff.

CPU cooler - If you like/want the H100i, then there is no reason not to, but if you find yourself running out of cash to spend on some part of the build, this is a big expense which doesn't really pay for itself. It looks the business and cools very well but it's performance per dollar isn't great.

Motherboard - There's a huge number of factors going into picking a motherboard, too many to discuss here really.
The general recommended boards for performance at a sensible price would usually be something like the ASRock Z87 Extreme 4, though both of the boards you mentioned are pretty decent, the UD5H probably being a little too expensive unless you utilise some of it's higher end features. The UD3H version is priced more competitively with the MSI, if you want a well priced Gigabyte board.

I'd definitely shop amongst the boards in the first link.

Memory - 16Gb is overkill for gaming. Given all of these boards have 4 DIMM slots, why not go for an 8GB kit with the logic you can add more later very easily? Regardless of which volume you chose, going a bit quicker (if the price is right) isn't a bad idea. In most places you can often pick up a good deal on a 1866Mhz kit if you shop around, but don't spend too much on faster memory as its performance gains are relatively slight if you pay a premium.

Graphics card - Nothing wrong with a GTX770, in fact for a single 1080P display it is more than sufficient. One thing I would say is that if you reallocate funds from other areas, I imagine you could step this up if you wanted a bit more performance. Sooner or later there should be a GTX770ti, and the GTX780 isn't a million miles away if you wanted a bit more of a performance buffer. Worth a think.

SSD - I'd say if the price difference is that small the Samsung is definitely the one to go for, especially as it has a slight edge in capacity too. Usually, the 840Pro is priced quite a long way in front of the entry level sandisk SSDs.

PSU - I'd generally stick with buying a PSU for what you need, rather than assuming more = better. For a start, it's a lot of money, and secondly it's a bit of a flawed logic. 80Plus Platinum is just an efficiency rating ie Power in/power out, and it has no standard under 20% load. With an 860W PSU, you will quite often be functioning below that 20% threshold, meaning that your 80Plus Platinum (while by no means a bad thing) isn't really doing anything. If you plan on doubling up on graphics, then it's not such a bad investment, but if you intend to keep the system as it is then you might as well focus on a higher quality 550-650W unit

Fans - Skipped this because it's pretty motherboard dependant. Most high end motherboards will have more fan connectors, but if you want to run a lot of fans then a fan controller is probably highly advisable. The case you picked already has one of these but I can't find a clear reference to how many fans it can control (4 is mentioned a few times).

First of I just wanna thankk you for the help, it definatly helped ALOT and it made me think twice about the parts I've choosen.
Been spending literally the whole night searching and thinking on what I need and why, and I started to think on some of the parts did I choose them because I need them or if I want them, and I belive I choosed them because I wanted them not because I need them so a HUGE mistake there, but glad that I rethinked on the whole build.

so now to the changes and some more questions not many I promiss 😛

As you can see the only thing thats missing is the PSU wich I need more help with will come back to that.
I sticked to the same cpu, mobo, dvd-writer,case and os as I mentioned in the earlier build since I dont really see the point to downgrade or upgrade them.
so without the psu I got approx 264$ left for the psu or upgraing other parts.
Also I choosed the 780ti since its a build based on gaming for best performance for the money, happy with this choice

so for the ram its 2x4gb ram followed your advice and Im just wondering will I be able to run games with background progams running at the same time like lets say battlefield 4, spotify, skype, google chrome and will it be running as smooth as 2x8gb ram?
I got another question I got two different corsair dominator 2x4gb of ram to the same price the first one is 1600mhz wich is CL9-9-9-24 and the other one is Corsair Dominator DDR3 1866MHz 2x4gb CL9-10-9-27, so wich one to go for?

so for the ssd is 128gb enough for me to have os installed on + main progams MABYE some games not nessecary?

and for the motherboard I belive its a good choice after reading alot of good reviews of gaming/overclock perfomance and stability and looks like easy bios to use, the only negative thing I can say about it for what I know about the board is that it dont have the power, reset button on the board so Im planing on doing a external build, but I figure out how to turn it on anyways, also it didnt have "guide" for how to connect powerbutton,front-usb,front-audio on the board as many other boards got wich sucks for me thats new to pc building.
for the asrock board you recommended I wont be able to get from the store Im buing all the parts from.

now since the money is pretty much the same as the other build I might not get enough money for the cpu luqid cooler that I deffinatly need for overclocking, but it doesnt matter its not necassary for me to overclock witht the first. Can always buy that later on, probably good to get to know your system before starting to overclock.

so the options I got for corsair psu's wich is the best option I got from the store from 550-650w. So we got a list of different psu's that i would like you or someone els to pick for me, btw I want one that runs quiet, efficent.

if its in budget then go for it. if you wanted to save some cash you could go for the r9-290x. a little bit of a dip in performance but its $100 or more cheaper. i'd wait for the non-reference cards to come out if you do.

you could take a step down from the pro series and get a larger evo or normal 840. honestly unless you plan on rewriting tons and tons of data to the ssd this is the better course of action.
