Looks good, what about storage? I recommend SSD(applications and os) for your Boot and HDD for general media(Music, porn and documents.)

for SSD you should go for 120gb Vertex 4. Not as expensive and really fast

My last case was a raidmax and it was really loud and hard to work in. This is not a very favorable review of yours - might want to check for others:
