I am going to be building my first gaming pc and I have a few questions.

Question number 1:
My first question is regarding compatibility between ram and my motherboard.
Mobo:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130779&cm_re=MSI_Z97_PC_Mate_LGA_1150_Intel_Z97_HDMI_SATA_6Gb%2fs_USB_3.0_ATX_Intel_Motherboard-_-13-130-779-_-Product
Ram:
http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16820231314
I know its most likely compatible, but it doesn't list LGA 1150 under its compatibility list (Btw my processor will be the i5-4590). Another thing I was wondering is, why is it so cheap compared almost all other 8gb ram sticks.

Question number 2:
The case I am going to buy has 4 built in fans and since my mobo doesn't support that many fans, I was wondering what was the cheapest way that I could add more fans. I have considered a fan controller, but they get really bad reviews. Also I don't want my fans directly plugged into the psu. If you think a fan controller would be the best option to go with a link would be greatly appreciated.

Question number 3:
Ssd:

In your opinion would this be a good reliable ssd. Its price is awesome and I was going to buy it off of newegg, but it sold out. It seems like SanDisk is a good ssd company.

Question number 4:
What would be the best budget gaming mouse and keyboard under $50. I really don't want to spend that much here on a keyboard and mouse. I just need it to be comfortable for programming and gaming nothing special.

Solution
1) The GSkill Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 ram kit is compatible with the MSI Z97 PC MATE motherboard. The PC MATE supports DDR3 1600, and the the GSkill memory kit is DDR3 1600. The motherboard also supports DDR3, and the memory kit is DDR3. I have no idea why it costs less than other 8GB memory kits.

2) here's a good fan controller: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DN3IT7M/?tag=pcpapi-20. There are also cases that have built in fan controllers. There are also fan splitters.

3) The SanDisk Ultra II 480GB SSD is a reliable SSD and works well. It has relatively good reviews on Amazon and Newegg. The Samsung 850 EVO SSDs are reliable too (*Wink wink*)

4) Cooler Master CM Storm Devastator Gaming Bundle (Keyboard+Mouse)
