I bought the Cooler Master V Series 550W will that be enough or do I return it and get one with a higher wattage?
If you are running i7 along with 1080, i would suggest to go with 650w. Though at stock, 550w might be enough but it will be wise to keep a little headroom, specially if you are OCing.

Ideally i would go with corsair rmx or evga supernova or seasonic s12ii.

The V550 is a good PSU, however I would personally not buy one due to the dishonest labeling found on many of their PSUs (and on their case fans as well).
