First Time Builder

Hey guys, I'm a first time builder and looking for some tips and suggestions on my build. I'll put a link in at the bottom for the parts I've picked. The main purpose of the computer is for some heavy 3D modelling for engineering and some gaming on the side. Would like to oc the system but am concerned about the lack cooling i have with the case. Any suggestions would be great.
