My worries:
Is everything going to work together
Cpu cooler not fitting into the case
Motherboard not strong enough (heard rumours of too heavy CPU coolers)
Cpu cooler blocking the RAM

PS. Does someone have any experiences with mindfactory.de i'm from Finland and this wold be the most money efficient for me.

PPS. This is the first time building a computer so please understand my worries

PPPS. I have not ordered the components, is there anything that i should change?

This would be a MUCH better motherboard choice:

I'd also go with 1866mhz RAM rather than 1600.

Aside from those, it's probably ok. Kinda weak on the GPU for gaming, but as a budget entry level configuration it's fine.

Actually, you might consider going with a higher tiered PSU as the CX series isn't really recommended for gaming or overclocking. This would be a good choice, much better than the CX.

Do you have any experiences with Mindfactory? And any thoughts about the case? since the 212evo is 159mm and the case supports up to 162mm is it safe relying on it fitting?

The specs say it supports CPU coolers up to 162mm, and several forum posts with that case indicate it supports the 212 EVO. It should be fine, actually you'll probably have a about an extra mm above the ends of the heat pipes.
