First time building a gaming computer

I've been looking around for a while for good mobos for gaming. I've looked at Gigabyte, AsRock, and Msi. Which brand is the best because I've looked at multiple mobo's from each company and when i look at the reviews for the boards about 10 to 20% of the people say that board is broken upon arrival or it just doesn't work. Is it because they are somewhat cheap boards because I'm looking to spend around $130.

That 2 top mobo brands are Asus and Gigabyte.

almost 100% of all people that do not post reviews have no problem at all. so looking at the 10-20% it is maybe no more than 1-2% if that of all boards sold. There is always a certain percentage that will have issues regardless of the quality of the brand.
Asus is the biggest and best maker.
