So i'm planning on making a PC. My budget is around 1200. My needs are a gtx 1070 mini. A Intel i5 6500 or 6600 processor, not the 6600k because i won't be overclocking and a monitor that has a good response time and 60+ frame rate and 24" or 27". Probably this one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...) Also i don't need a HDD and a ssd, just a 500 gb ssd is fine. The other things don't really matter as long as its compatible and the Intel stock cooler is the one i will be using as i will not be overclocking. I'm not including the keyboard and mice in this budget but tips would be helpful. I also need win10 64bit Also i'm building it over the summer so there is time to look for good deals, etc

An i5 6600 is a really good cpu and would be a fine combo with a gtx 1070. Since youre not going to overclock, you can buy a cheap h110 motherboard to save some money.

As for a psu any decent 550w psu will be fine. XFX TS 550w, corsair cx550m, to name a few.

Why do you take a 500gb ssd? A 250gb ssd for windows/programs and then a 1tb hdd for games would be good? Any way a good and cheap quality ssd would be the Samsung Evo 750 250/500gb ssd.

I was considering that but im trying to get a good monitor with 60+ fps and doing that will cut out some costs.
