I am trying to build my first PC. I am planning to make it mainly for games, but without the need to overclock. So far here is my list:

Processor: Intel Core i5-4460
MoBo: H97 (dont know which brand yet)
GPU: Biostar GTX650 1GB DDR5
Memory: 2 pcs Kingston Hyper X 4GB
HDD: WD 1 TB Black

I'm on a tight budget so I'm good with my processor. I would like to know if I'm doing this right, how much watts for PSU do I need, and recommendations specially for MoBo and GPU. Thanks in advance!

Solution
with i5-4460 CPU... H97 will be enough since you are not going to overclock. The stock cooler that comes with the CPU is good enough for your build. Modular PSU is a bit expensive but you only install the cable that you need and this will help you for a better air flow and clean built. Always use above the minimum watts for a better power.. Mabuhay!
X or Z series mobo is better for gaming rigs in general
You want at least 2 GB GPU
Adding an SSD for just the operating system would improve boot speeds
Don't forget to add in the cost of a case, operating system, and wifi adapter (if needed)

Wattage - http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650/specifications
GPU requires 400W minimum (that model, will change depending on GPU)
450-500W will support that build easy - power supply hierarchy list is a sticky on this site and provides good models and brands

for the MOBO - AsRock and MSI are both good reliable brand. The PSU, I always use minimum of 500 watts, Corsair, Antec, silvertone are a few great brands. make sure its full modular for a better air flow. If the budget is not an issue.. i recommended to use a SSD to store your OS. good luck!

Thanks for all the replies.

Here is an update of my build.

CPU: INTEL® CORE™ I5-4460 - P8,450.00
MOBO: MSI Z87-G41 PC MATE - ₱5,000.00 (Other option: ASUS Z87M-PLUS - ₱5,600.00)
GPU: PALIT GEFORCE GTX 750 TI - ₱7,200.00
MEMORY: KINGSTON HYPERX BLU 2x4GB 1600MHz - ₱4,000.00 (Other option: KINGSTON 2x4GB 1333/1600MHz - ₱3,700.00)
HDD: WESTERN DIGITAL 1TB BLUE 3.5" - ₱2,650.00
CASE: GIGABYTE GZ-ZE2 - ₱950.00
PSU: CORSAIR VS450 450W - ₱1,700.00
TOTAL: P29,950 or $665.56
(Everything from PC Express - http://pcx.com.ph/)

I'm from the Philippines so the availability of some brands is limited.
My budget is P30,000 or around $670.
I already changed my MOBO as advised. Kindly check on it if it's good enough.
An SSD is too expensive for me but I will consider it.

Here are a few more questions:
1. Is a Z better than an H even though I won't overclock?
2. I don't know about the full modular thing on PSU. Can anyone explain that?
3. If a GPU requires a minimum of 300W, do I have to get a minimum of 300W PSU or an 80+ 400W PSU to get the minimum 300W?
4. Is the Hyper-X Blu more worthy over the ordinary one?
5. I'm not planning on buying a cooler. Do I need one?

Thanks again everyone!
