First Time Building a Gaming PC

This is my first time building a pc and before I order all the parts I want to get some advice from people who have some experience in building and choosing components for computers. If you notice any issues or potential improvements for my system please let me know. All replies are very much appreciated.

Looks good the only thing I would change is the ram. This Gskill costs the same and has the same clock speed but has a faster CAS of 9 vs the kingstons CAS of 10.

I would change the Seagate HDD to a Seagate SSHD, for considerably faster boot up and loading of frequently used programs. Alternatively add a SSD if you have the budget.
