This is my first time building a gaming PC. I have been using a alienware for years but decided i wanted to build one. Just looking for some feedback if i'm spending to much for one part or if this should run really good.

For only gaming? Why do you have 32GB ram and 4 TB of storage? Do you really have that many games to store?

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/crkP8M Here's a list I really quickly put together. In gaming the CPU is slightly worse, but the much better GPU will more than make up for that. I replaced the case with something cheaper since I don't really see the need for such an expensive case on an air cooled system. Motherboard is much much cheaper and the difference is basically nothing as long as you don't overclock (which is totally not worth it on 3rd gen ryzen, and even on intel produces only slight gains). I included a tower cooler because a stock cooler can be noisy, and have slightly higher temps than usual, but if you want to save money, the stock cooler will work fine. RAM is 3600Mhz since ryzen likes fast memory. 16Gb since that's really all thats needed for playing games. Storage is only 1TB since that is really plenty. OS is windows 10 Home since Pro has basically no useful features that Home doesn't, it just adds some office functionality like remote desktop. PSU is 650W since 750W is just overkill.

Right now there is no reason to go with anything Intel. Going with AMD you are able to get more for a lot less money.
