First time building a gaming rig. 500$ Budget

So, as the titles says this is my first time building a gaming rig or any pc for that matter. I know pretty much how each part works but I don't really know any good combinations(like which cpu goes good with which gpu). So this is what I have so far for my 500$ rig.

CPU: Intel Pentium G860 Sandy Bridge 3.0GHz LGA 1155 65W
Cpu Cooler: Stock (I do plan on upgrading to the i5 2500k and overclocking so any good cpu coolers will do)
Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3P LGA 1155
Ram: ADATA XPG Gaming Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Graphics: EVGA SuperClocked 01G-P3-1557-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti ( I plan on running two of these in SLI later)
Hard Drive: Western Digital WD Blue WD3200AAKX 320GB 7200 RPM
Optical: Sony Optiarc 24X DVD Burner
Case: N/A
Power Supply: N/A

The reason why I haven't put anything for the case is becuz while the cases I found did have good airflow they had terrible cable management. I also didn't put anything for the power supply becuz I don't want to get anything thats way more then I need. I'd appreciate if someone could review what I have so for and recommend some good stuff for the budget. Thnx in advance (Also nothing AMD please as I'm going for Intel only)

I would save up at least to $600 to $700, more choices

I think if going Intel I'd try to squeeze at least an i3 in there.

I'd shop at micro center if you have one close to you. I got that asrock z77 extreme3 for 50 some dollars and a 3750 for 169.99. Micro center has some good deals on motherboard/cpu bundles. Not to mention I got corsair vengeance 1600Mhz 8gig kit for 37.00 there to. dvd-rw sata drive was 17.50 after tax.
