First time building a PC, are these components good for the present and future of gaming?

Its my first time building a PC after finally deciding to risking a large sum of money on parts for me to put together. My XPS 8100 is getting slow and the current games are starting to show its age and lack of gpu power.

I have accumulated all I believe to be the necessary parts for a new gaming pc (with a £1000-£1100 budget):

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1.

HSF: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, 4 Heat Pipes Direct Contact, with 120mm Quiet Fan LGA775/1155/1156/1366/AM2/AM2+/AM3/FM1

HDD:1TB WD WD1002FAEX Caviar Black, SATA III 6Gb/s, 7200rpm, 64MB Cache, 8ms

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 Black with Orange Trim Mid Tower 2x120mm, 1x140mm with Side Window w/o PSU

So are these parts worth getting or are there any better parts within my budget?
Also have a missed anything?

Get A Better PSU Like 700W
And For The GPU GET two GTX 760's as they are enough to smash the gtx titan
Dont Get the gtx 670

Good build but you should change the graphics cards for either a GTX 770 or two GTX760's. Also if you plan to overclock the CPU you will need a better a CPU cooler otherwise your temps will be really high.

I have seen numerous reports saying that after testing GTX 670 is better than GTX 760. Also the GTX 770 is £130 more than 670 which takes my total over budget

yup 670 is a bit better but you can barely see the difference between the two and even if you see a difference then gtx 670 will come on top marginally but if you go for the 670 then its kinda expensive but if you buy a 760 and later save some money to but another 760 to SLI then it would give you the performance of a gtx titan at around 560$ only!!!!
