First time building a pc

It's my first time building a PC and i as wondering if I take the components out of the box's,hook it all up and it doesn't work,can I send it back and get new components at no cost?

It depends on the warranty and the seller. If you buy from Newegg or Amazon, they have a 30-day return policy, although sometimes you can only get a replacement (you don't get your money back). Parts also have warranties. As long as you don't do anything to void the warranty, you can contact the manufacturer to get a replacement if something breaks. They probably won't cover it if you run it over with a truck, though! (Oops!)

At Newegg and Amazon, yes, and I am sure that other merchants offer returns and replacements.
