First time building a rig

Hey guys! i'm building my own mid-level(?) gaming build and just wanted check out with you guys if my build is any good. I've done my research, but i wanna be sure.

The Rig:
CPU: I Core5 4670k 3,4ghz
Mobo: Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z87
GPU: MSI gtx 770 TF
RAM: 8gb(2x4)G.Skill Ripjaws
Hard Drive:Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 1tb
Case: NZXT Phantom 410(mid)
PS:Corsair CX 600w

Get the modular version of the cx600. I would get the evga one if possible. Also for the motheboard, get the gigabyte ud3h and for the hdd get western digital because seagate has the most failure hdd's. Also for the graphics card, get the evga version because it has the coolest temps

Is the ud3h mobo(160$) a big improvment over the g1.Sniper?(~130$ special offer in a store here in Finland) As for the GPU, the msi 770gtx tf is about 60$ cheaper over here. Is the evga worth it?

Any opinions on the case? i've read that it has plenty of space for a 100$ mid-tower, but i still wanna be sure (future wise)

its not a big imporvment. I didnt know it was 60 bucks cheaper. Yeah go with the msi one. The reason why I was gonna say evga is because it provides really nice temps. The case is nice, I would get the rosewill blackhawk instead. Yeah stay with the motherboard
