Didn't want to "blow the budget" by adding the PSU you hadn't accounted for.
 
Solution
If gaming is the sole focus, then this is the route I would go as the 10600K is about as good a gaming CPU as you can get and when overclocked gets close the the 10900K. The motherboard is up to you..

Thanks everyone,
I didn't know there was something called part picker. I'll use a combination of the cheaper parts you've recommended and my irrational need to spend extra. I have a power supply from my current build, it's 650w, modular, from 2013 or something. I hope it works out.
