If gaming is the sole focus, then this is the route I would go as the 10600K is about as good a gaming CPU as you can get and when overclocked gets close the the 10900K. The motherboard is up to you..

I didn't know there was something called part picker. I'll use a combination of the cheaper parts you've recommended and my irrational need to spend extra. I have a power supply from my current build, it's 650w, modular, from 2013 or something. I hope it works out.

If you're in the USA, check to see if you live near a Microcenter store.

Also PCPartpicker doesn't always do well with newegg pricing. Make sure you get newegg.com daily email deals.
