First time building. Budget of $2500

I need something that can run the most demanding games on 2k resolution with max settings. (Crysis 3, Assassin's Creed, Middle-Earth, Anything 2-3 years into the future).
I also want a 144hz monitor and I heard you need extra power to run those smoothly.
Not too noisy and possible room for future upgrades too.

Don't need Mice, keyboard, headsets, got all those already.

Im not sure exactly what you wanted in the monitor. Did you want 1440p and 144hz? If so this is the only monitor out so far. The 970 sli will hold its own in 1440p but in games like crysis 3, it will not hit 100fps+ in 1440p. So in very demanding games you wont be able to take advantage of the 144hz.
