Hi everyone! So this is my first time building a computer and I believe I have picked some pretty good parts but the reason I made this post is cause I want other people's feedback to see if I done anything wrong or if something could be better! I'll provide the link of what it is so far and feel free to suggest changes, cause that'd be awesome. My budget is around $1000, but it is okay if it goes over a little. The games I'll be playing are CsGo, Minecraft (large modpacks and running server), League of Legends, and GTA 5 (when it comes out of course).

With gaming builds, you want to prioritize components like this:

GPU
CPU
RAM
SSD/HDD
MOBO

That GPU is going to do you good. Did try to fit a 980 in there which would have beasted it out, but couldn't fit that in for less than 1.2k.

CPU has better clock speed and is better all around, you made a good choice with the RAM so I kept that in, and stuck with Corsair for PSU just because it's trust worthy.

That's seems like an amazing build, but I would prefer an i7 and an SSD, I would use that motherboard but does it support 6GB SATA?
I also have an updated build if you would like to see! I went over my price limit but is fine. As long as it doesn't get too crazy over, like 1.3-1.5k.

An i7 is a waste of money when it comes to gaming there is no need to spend another $100 when you dont need to. The CX series PSU is terrible. Buy an EVGA b2, g2 or an Antec, XFX or seasonic.

I have never been a big fan of throwing 1K+ at your first build. That's when your most likely to make mistakes and damage components. It does work, but I think its better to get the rookie mistakes out of the way with a really cheap build. Alternatively, you could tear an older system apart and put it back together again. Believe me, the experience will help a lot.
