Hello, this is my first computer that im about to build but i want to know if there is going to be anything wrong with the components i like so far, i live in New Zealand, so its basically double the cost here of american stuff.
Budget is: $3400 NZ or $1700 American

Computer Case: Thermaltake Armor+ VH6000BWS
CPU: Intel Core i7 920 2.66ghz
CPU Heatsink: Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme

Moniter: Samsung 2433BW 24"
PCU: Thermaltake Toughpower Q Fan 750W

Will all of these Go fine? any complaints about any of the items? any other questions required, im upgrading from a dell, so i believe this will be a massive upgrade, but here are my components on my dell..lol

15" moniter
160gb hard drive

I will be playing games, and i like to encode movies and do lots of multitasking. Thank you, By the way im new to Tomshardware, so if ive done anything incorrectly, please tell me so

I forgot to say that i can always get more stuff, like another GTX 260 if i wanted to SLI or another 6gb of ram and maybe if the motherboard supports it, the 6 core thats coming out later this year...

But that will be when i get some more money

A tiny bit more expensive but a lot more reliable. I'm not sure of the price in New Zealand.

I'm also sure your well in your budget so you should get a 4890. They're better and around the same price.

You should decide whether or not you are strictly going xfire or SLI cause you can save a lot of money on the MB this way.

You can change your PSU to Corsair. The one you have picked is ridiculously overpriced. "CORSAIR CMPSU-850TX 850W ATX12V 2.2 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply - Retail" http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139009
