First time building gaming PC, advice needed!

Hey guys, this is my first time building a gaming PC and I'm quite nervous so any suggestions and advice would be appreciated!

If anyone could tell me what games these could run and at what fps, just some examples, that'd be a huge help.

this should run most games at 1920x1080 at 40-60 FPS on high settings.

some games will have trouble where they want 4 real cores (GTA games are notorious for it), but they should still run
