here is my expected build:

CPU: Intel i5 3570K
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V
RAM: Corsair XMS3 2x4GB DD3-1333 C9
HDD: WD Blue 250GB SATA III
GPU: Asus HD7850-DC2-2GD5

PSU: a modular corsair TX series one

1) how much watts i need for only those components ?

2) how much do i need if i:
A)add 2nd GPU. B)overclocked the CPU. C)add fans or heatsinks. D)add SSD.
i'm not planning to add any of these but just in case i had to in the future.

conservative, but i'd say overkill.

A good quality 550w or higher would be plenty for option 2.

I ran two 560ti's off of my xfx 650w without problems (at least, not power related problems...)

The Great Randini
thanks for the sites. i used many of them before but they keep giving me low watts. even lower than what AMD recommend as minimum for 7850.

if the price difference is high, i might take the 650 one
