First time building pc and it wont do anything on my monitor

This is my first time building a pc i built it all right (hopefully) but my monitor wont flash or bring up anything just a black screen

PC Specs
Gigabyte AB350 Gaming
Ryzen 5 1500x
Msi 1050 ti 4gb
500 watt atx cybertron pc power supply
1 tb hard drive
250 gb ssd
2X4 Fury ram
And i have tried remove the gpu and the ram with one stick but hasnt worked

Keep everything in the case and check all of your connections. Make sure every power cable is seated fully into their respective ports and ever SATA and fan cable is seated.
Make sure your RAM is seated completely in their slots. Getting nothing from your display when booting is a common indicator of your RAM needing to be reseated. Make sure your GPU is seated fully in the PCIe slot. Plug your monitor into your GPU and make sure you’re monitor is set to work from whatever input you are using (HDMI, VGA, DisplayPort, etc).

Also, how are you installing Windows?
