First time building PC: Is this a good build?

Above. I want to know if any of these parts are going to hinder the performance of the others or hold back the system as a whole. This is my first time building a computer and just wanted to see some opinions on what I have so far. This is for gaming btw.

CPU - intel core i7 4790k 4.0 GHz(1150)
GPU - Nvida geforce gtx 960 4gb
Motherboard - MSI B85M micro ATX(1150)
16 G ram (DDR3)
Power supply - EVGA 600w B 80 plus bronze
Harddrives - Kingston 120g SSD for operating system, and 1 TB Western Digital Blue 64MB cache
CPU fan- i heard the stock cpu fan is bad so i got a cooler master hyper 212 evo cooler
Monitor - 21.5" 1980 by 1080p DVI cant remember the name

This is what i have for you, It is a 980ti matched with a 4460 and a 1440p ips monitor. You could get the xeon e3 1231 v3 if you want a better CPU but it is certainly not necessary for gaming.
