Hi this is my first time building a PC and i want to know if these specs could work looking for a price range of 500-600 could go higher if needed (Using some parts from my old PC, CPU,RAM and will transfer Windows 8)

Windows 8
CPU: Intel Core i5 3350P
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card
Case: Rosewill Galaxy-01-A ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Storage: Hitachi Ultrastar 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

If you could suggest some tips to improve or shorten the price of the PC i'd really appreciate it.

I would look at the Crucial MX100 as it offers great bang for your buck.

It's in dollars or actually SEK since i live in Sweden but if you want to use pounds it'll be no problem i can just translate it
and could you recommend me which SSD could be the right choice for my build?
