Hi!

I am looking at buying parts and building my first pc. It will mainly just be used for gaming and some work.
I've tried picking out all the parts that I want, but i thought i would come on here to make sure that its all going to fit together and if you have any recommended changes to improve it or make it more cost effective.

Cheers.

Build is as follows:

CPU - Intel Core i5 6600K
Motherboard - MSI B150M Mortar Arctic Motherboard
Graphics Card - Sapphire Radeon RX 480 Nitro+ 4GB
Memory - Kingston HyperX Fury HX421C14FB2K2/16 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Black
Storage - Crucial MX300 275GB 2.5in SSD
- Western Digital WD Blue WD10JPVX 1TB
Cooler - Cryorig H7 CPU Cooler
Power Supply - Thermaltake TR2 S 650W 80 Plus Power Supply

And i was going to assemble it in a Thermaltake Versa C21 RGB ATX Mid Tower Chassis

Solution
The Intel CPU with "k" has unlocked multiplier for overclocking. The B150 Chipset is not for overclocking and has no BIOS overclocking settings. You might save some money buy using a non "k" processor. The "k" processors would be used with a Z170 Chipset model.

You'll have to go with a Z170 motherboard and higher speed RAM to take full advantage of the i5-6600K's overclocking abilites. I would revise your build and go with this.

* Changed Motherboard to a Gigabyte Z170
* Changed DDR4 to 2666
* Changed the 2.5'' SSD to the M.2 version.
* Changed power Supply to EVGA (Don't know if the Thermaltake is any good)
* Added two fans for the Front Intake ports
