With the money saved step up to a better case...one that has front 3.0 USB ports seeing how all these new boards have the front 3.0 USB header. Look at the Corsair 300R or the Corsair 400R.

Will the G.Skill RAM work with the P8Z77-V LK Motherboard? I checked the QVL and it's not listed...I really want to buy this especially since it's currently on sale for $44.

The G.Skill Ares are just G.Skill Ripjaws with low profile heat spreaders. The Ripjaws were impeding some larger cpu heat sinks so G.Skill got smart and put out the Ares line a few months ago. That RAM will work fine with that board.

I decided to swap out the Sandisk SSD for a 128 gig M4 and i swapped out the PSU for a corsair 750w semi-modular, the egg ratings + number of ratings influence me alot.
I also threw in a 4 pack of 120mm case fans from the same company as the case, 5/5 eggs over 200 ratings, and the highest rated 200mm from the same company, the 200mm ill put on the top for exhaust.

I see OEM means that it dosent come with stuff, does that mean i need to buy a Coord for both the DVD Burner and the OEM SSD? i plan on building this within the week so im kinda freaking out about it, lol. --if i do please show me which one i should throw in my cart
