This is my first time building and I've had very little experience in the computer department.

Are there any other options I shold be looking for in this build? I am not planning on overclocking.

You might be able to push two 560's in SLI with that 650, but it's going to be cutting it to the bone and if and when you decide to o/c your most likely going to be screwed.

The 2500K can be easily o/c, the 2400 does not o/c.

The upside would be potential for +40% performance from overclocking. You'd need an aftermarket cooler for that, but it's would be worth it IMO. OC on the Sandy Bridge platform is easier than it's ever been before.

If you don't plan on o/c then the 2400 would be the way to go. As far as the different models of 560's...their all decent enough. I just posted that one for price point.

The cpu comes with a cooler, and if and when you decide to o/c you can pick up an after market one then.

Since I'm now leaning more towards the 2500k, I'll most likely overclock since that's what I'm paying for.

It's supposedly very easy to do as well, so it sounds pretty good. I won't overclock at the fullest potential, though, so would that mean I need a new one or use the stock one?

Most people can get about a 20% overclock (~4.0GHz) on the stock cooler. I don't have any personal experience with it, but that's what I've heard. I'd recommend an aftermarket HSF for any overclock, if only to mitigate the noise that would otherwise be made by the stock cooler revving up to 6k RPM to fight the heat.

It would seem that you are buying a PSU that will support SLI but chose a MoBo that does not.

"The GD65 and GD53 both support SLI and Crossfire, whereas the G45 does not support SLI"
