With a "K" series chip you're gonna want a Z170 motherboard. That way you can overclock. If you're set on the "H" motherboard, no need to splurge on a "K" series chip, also, if you're not overclocking, water is overkill, the AIO you have is pretty decent as AIOs go, so no worries about keeping the 6700K cool. If you only plan on a mild overclock, a Cryorig H7 I think it is is the cooler for budget air, the Noctua dual tower coolers are great for big air and cheaper than an AIO and probably around just as good depending on what you're aiming for.

I would prefer using "Z170 Chipset" board rather than H110 series, because most of intel gamer using "Z170" for their gaming pc. Just for information "Z" is for enthusiast "B" for Busines and "H" for Home.
for example.. here is affordable premium "Z170" board :

there is still plenty of good Mobo but I think the one above is have reasonable price/performance.

You have a really good build but the RAM and CPU won't be used efficiently if you don't get a z170 board if you really want to get a cheap board get the gigabyte Z170 D3H if you could spend more then get the ASUS z170 gaming board of you don't want to spend on the mobo then you could save some money by using a 2133 MHz RAM coz the 3200Mhz will be down clocked anyway and the k series CPU is useless without a z170 so you can get a non k like the i7-6700 or the i5-5600/6600
