Can I have some critique/thoughts/changes/ideas on my new gaming PC before I order it? This is my first time getting a PC. I want to run demanding games like BF4 at plus or minus 50-60 fps at 1080p. I also want to play less demanding games like Minecraft and Terraria.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard:Asus A88X-PLUS ATX FM2+ Motherboard

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Storage:Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

and: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card

Case: NZXT Phantom 530 (White) ATX Full Tower Case

Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

I am really exited, been doing a lot of research for like 4 months now. I think I know my way around the PC world!!!

This Build will max out 99% of the current games at 1080p 60Fps+, while also being really good for Emulators like Dolphin and PCsx2.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($178.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($79.89 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 290 4GB DirectCU II Video Card...
Very bad... Why are you grabbing an ultra-bad CPU with a GTX 970 for that price? Not to mention the subpar PSU.

Worst CPU ever for that graphics card, there would be a massive bottleneck, these guys builds above ^ are great. I am inclined to go with Raiins build because he doesn't have the XFX graphics card, they tend to get quite hot.
