First TIME OS INSTALLATION IN NEW DOS TOSHIBA LAPTOP

I baught a new laptop toshiba l50-b x0011 (i5 processor) with dos,,,i want install windows 7 or 8 but when im restarting its shown a "No BOOTABLE DEVICE-RESTART SYSTEM" AND I RESTART PRESSED F2 OR F12 BUTTON. OPENED MENU BUT HOW TO DO THE SETTINGS AND INSTALL FINALLY SAME MESSAGE CAME NO BOOTABLE DEVICE

if you have a bootable windows installer cd go into the bios under boot devices and set the cd rom as the first boot device. if the cd rom is working you see a message hit any key to boot from cd-rom. if the laptop has no cd rom drive. download the windows 7 or 8 iso image and windows iso to usb tool. run the tool and make a bootable usb stick. plug the usb stick into the laptop..boot into the bios and set the usb stick as first boot device. you see the same mesaage as the cd rom boot...hit any key to boot from cd rom. when you boot from a usb stick. hit any key and install windows.
