First time Overclocking

So I have never overclocked my CPU before but I am tired of getting bad FPS on arma 2 so I was looking to try it out. I will list the specs I am working with down below. I am running 5 120mm fans, two on top blowing air out, one on the top back blowing air out, and one on the bottom and bottom front both blowing air in. My case can also hold a fan on the side panel, if I need to I can mount another 120mm fan there. Can I overclock my CPU without a major risk of frying my CPU

CPU- AMD FX 8320 eight core 3.5 GHz
CPU cooler- HKM-00003-A1-GP
Ram-8 gigs of DDR3
Motherboard-MSI 970A-G46 AM3+
PSU-Thermaltake 430w
GPU- Nvidia 750ti super clocked

Run a CPU stress test of your current, stock settings and let me know what the temps get to after 15-20 mins

I am about to run a program I just downloaded now called HeavyLoad so I will see what happens after 15 mins.
