Ok so i was wondering if anyone could give me some tips to overclock my cpu just a little bit. I have a ryzen 5 2400g on a asrock ab350m pro 4 motherboard. Id like to either lock the cores at like 3.7 or so or get it to just be a bit faster. Since i wasted money on extras i might as well try to get a little more preformance out of the cpu to make up for it. I was also curious if anyone could help me figure out how to overclock ram. I have a corsair kit 2x4 ddr4 3200 but i can only run it at 2666. If anyone could give me some help so i dont fry my computer or loose warrenties on it that would be awesome.

For your cpu: increase your voltage and clocks incrementally but never higher than 1.4 volts. You likely can get 3.7 to 3.9ghz out of that cpu. Make sure your temps are uncer 80c while stress testing in a program like aida 64.
For your ram: Never go above 1.35 volts and start increasing the clocks and voltage slowly.
You can also oc your integrated gpu, but i have no experience there.

That’s really wierd, it came standard like that, I didn’t change a thing when it came to overclocking. What voltage should I move it down to? As for throttling it tends to jump around in frequency, not sure if that’s normal or not. It will go from 3.6 to 1.9 and back and keep doing that. If I put it under load it goes from 3.6 to 3 and back. Temps have been average around 40 to 50 degrees with he stock cooler
