first time pc build, need some help

so this is my first time building a pc and i wanted to know 2 things about the parts that i picked,
1. will my psu of choice do the job?
2. are all the parts compatible and also are there no bottlenecks in the system?

this is about the limit of my budget so i can't include and ssd (yet).
and advice and tips are appriciated.
