Hi im new to pc building and i have a small question to ask you guys i built a new pc with the following parts:

MB: Gigabyte h310m h 2.0 (This MB support windows 7 which is why i chose to buy it)
CPU: Intel core i5 8400
GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1050 ti windforce oc 4gb gddr5

Now my question is should i use one stick of 8gb ddr4 ram or 2 sticks of 4gb?
The rams are from Hyperx:
4gb: http://www.kingston.com/dataSheets/HX424C15FB_4.pdf
8gb:

I will be running windows 7 and mostly games on the pc.

This is not true. Microsoft doesn't support windows 7 on newer hardware.
You'll have Unsupported Hardware nag screen, when you try to run windows updates.

BTW that's not the worst of it. You'll have to integrate USB drivers into installation, just to be able to install windows. Also several hotfixes have to be integrated into installation, if you want to install on NVME drive.
